Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1775 is here and herebyy amen3e3 to read as follows: "Subject to the reservation by the City of ease- ments for the installation, operation and maintenance of water, sewer and other utility lines therein, which easements are 10 fee in width. measured five feet on each si a o_ t e center ne o streets are elow, the following portions o re y~vacated: "(a) "Q" Street between Cherry and Willow Streets. "(b) Willow Street between "P" and "R" Streets.. "(c) Rose Street between "P" and "R" Streets. "(~) `Gise Street between 19th Street and Discovery Road." Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication in the .form and manner provided by law, and shall be recorded with the Jefferson County Auditor, and amends that certain Ordinance No. 1775 which was recorded in the official records of Jefferson County, Washington, in Volume 173, page 504, under Jefferson County Auditor's File No. 283102.
