AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION OF

TOWNSENDBYAMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO
2199 P~RTAINING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF
ORDINANCE NO 2199
Whereas, the City Council passed Ordinance No 2199 regulating
ambulance service within the City, to be effective September 1,
1990, and
~ereas, the Council desires that the effects of such
regulations be further studied and reviewed, now therefore
The City Council for the City of Port Townsend in Regular
Session assembled does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No 2199 is here and hereby
amended to read as follows:
"The effective date of this Ordinance shall be
(Se~embe~-~) November 1, 1990, or following
its passage, approval and publication in the
form and manner provided by law, whichever date
is later"
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by
law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the City
Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved and signed by the
Mayor of the City this 21st day of August, 1990.
