AS SECTION 2.04.010 OF THE PORT TOWNSEND
MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR A TIME AND PLACE
FOR REGb/~%RMEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 or Ordinance No. 1790 and Section
2.04.010 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code is here and hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on
the first and third Tuesdays of each month, at 6:30 PM
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at Port
Townsend, from and after the effective date of this
ordinance."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval, and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
READ for the first, second, and third times, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on ~d~ ~D , 1990.
