RESOLUTION NO. 07-005
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP06-145. The proposal, if approved, would vacate the easternmost 110-
foot section of Franklin Street lying between Blocks 93 and 100 of the Port Townsend Original
Townsite. The subject right-of-way lies west of Jackson Street and east of Monroe Street near
downtown Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 6:30 PM on Tuesday, February 20, 2007, in
the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington or such
other date as the Mayor determines if necessary to acconunodate other Council business or
requests by staff or applicant, so long as the hearing is not more than 60 days from adoption of
the Resolution.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular business
meeting thereof, held this 2"" day of January 2007.
