Resolution No. 07-004
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND PROVIDING FOR COPYING CHARGES FOR PUBLIC
RECORDS
WHEREAS, the City Council ofthe City of Port Townsend, on recommendation of the
City Manager and City ClerklPublic Records Officer, determines it appropriate to provide for
fees for various copying charges for public records as set forth in Exhibit A (attached hereto and
incorporated by reference).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend as follows:
Effective January 15, 2007, the fees for various copying charges for public records as set
forth in Exhibit A (attached hereto and incorporated by reference) are hereby established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this second day of January, 2007.
