AN ORDINANCE VACATING INTERIOR , 10,
AND 11 OF BLOCK 4, JAMES HUSSEY'S CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND AS PER PLAT RECORDEQ~IN VOLU~r~O~ PLATS,
RECORDS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY?~~'~'~TON; AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ~~,~
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That lot lines within lots 9, 10, and 11 of
Block 4 of James Hussey's Addition to the City of Port Townsend, as
per plat recorded in Volume 1 of plats, records of Jefferson
County, Washington, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance may be published, and a
certified copy of this ordinance shall be recorded by the City
Clerk with the Jefferson County Auditor, at which time this
ordinance shall be effective.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided
by law, and after it has been recorded with the Jefferson County
Auditor pursuant to Section 2 of this ordinance.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the City
Council for the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor of
