MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2006
CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met in regular session this twenty-
fifth day of September, 2006, at 6:30 p.m. in the Port Townsend temporary
Council Chambers in the Port Townsend Fire Station conference room, Mayor
Mark Welch presiding.
ROLL CALL
Council members present at roll call were Frank Benskin, Geoff Masci, Laurie
Medlicott, Catharine Robinson, Michelle Sandoval, Mark Welch, and Scott
Walker.
Staff members present were City Manager David Timmons and City Attorney
John Watts. Also present: Special Counsel Stephen DiJulio.

appeal.

Appeal.
COUNCIL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
DELIBERATION
After a brief question and answer period, Councilors recessed to Executive
Session for deliberations at 8:00 p.m.
RECONVENE
The Council reconvened at 9:30 p.m. The Mayor announced that findings of fact
and a decision would be presented at a future meeting.
ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:32 p.m.
