AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF OP~INANCE NO.
1790, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH SECTION 2.04.010
OF THE PORT TOWNSEND MUNICIPAL CODE, PROVIDING
FOR AND CHANGING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR REGULAR
MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TO~SEND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOk~SEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1790 together with Sec-
tion 2.04.010 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code is here and hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the
the'first and third Tuesdays of each month, at (6,~0) 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at Port Town-
send, from and after the effective date of this Ordinance."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the City
Council ifor the City of Port Townsend, and approved and signed by
the Mayor of the City this 16th day of April, 1991.
