Updating Pool Fees
Resolution No. 13-009
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND UPDATING AND PROVIDING FOR POOL FEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, on recommendation of the
City Manager, City Director of Public Services and the Pool Manager determines it appropriate
to update fees for the Mountain View Pool.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend as follows:
SECTION 1. New Fees Established.
Effective March 19, 2013 the fees for Mountain View Pool are hereby established
(and prior fees are rescinded) as set forth in Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. Severability.
If any provision of this Resolution or its application to any person or circumstance
is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance, or the application of the provision
to other persons or circumstances is not affected.
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This Resolution is effective April 2, 2013.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 18th day of March 2013.

Rentals: 1-25 patrons 26-50 patrons 51-90 patrons Rentals are a base fee of$30.00 per hour
with an additional$40 cleaning fee,with
$70.00/hr $90.00/hr $120.00/hr $20.00 added per additional 25 guests.
Contract group I $5.00/lane per hour- (6 lanes possible)— propose adding cleaning fee
