AN ORDINANCE NAMING AN ALLEY, IN THE RISENBEIS
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND FO~Y
REFERI~gD TO AS THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 31, "LANDES
COURT" AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.,. That all of that portion of the alley in
Eisenbies Addition lying between lots 23-32 and lots 1-10 in Block
31, and lying to the south of 12th Street in the City of Port
Townsend be named Landes Court.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law,
and upon a certified copy being recorded with the Auditor for
Jefferson County, Washington.
Read for the first, second and third times and passed by the
City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and approved by the
