1. Call to order— roll call.
2. Approval of Sep 25, 2012 agenda.
3. Approval of Apr 24, 2012 minutes.
4. Introduce new members Sally Robbins, David Beatty, Ron Sikes and
Debbie Jahnke.
5. History and responsibilities of PRT board (Judy Surber?)
6. Election of chair, vice-chair and secretary for PRT board.
7. Monthly meetings? When? Where? City staff to attend PRT meetings
quarterly.
8. Ask City staff to notify at least two members of PRT about upcoming
meetings and other timely info in case one is out of town or otherwise not
in email contact.
9. History and update of Park Functional Plan (Judy Surber?)
10. Possibly change PRT representatives on the joint Planning Commission/
PRT board subcommittee to work on the 3rd draft of the Park Functional
Plan.
11. ERPRC meeting update. (Danny Milholland)
12. Parkside Drive park update. (Judy Surber?)
13.Volunteer Day at our parks. Once a month? (Lys Burden)
14. KT workparty 9am-noon Sunday Oct 21. Focus ivy pull in woodlands.
15. Future Meeting Agenda Items.
