AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADOPTING ~HR PROPERTY
TAX LEVIES FOR THE YEAR OF 1992
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section i. There is here and hereby levied upon all of the taxable
property in the City of Port Townsend, for the year of 1992, the
s~m of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($715,000.00) as a
general tax levy.
Section 2. There is here and hereby levied upon all of the taxable
property in the City of Port Townsend, for the year of 1992, the
sum of SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($71,400.00) as a
levy to support Emergency Medical Services.
Section 3. There is here and hereby levied upon all of the taxable
property in the City of Port Townsend, for the year of 1992, the
sum of NINETY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($95,000.00) to purchase fire
equipment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
apprOval, and Publication in the form and manner provided by law.
READ for the first, second, and third times, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on November 19, 1991.
