AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO STO~ WATER UTILITY
SERVICE RATES; AMENDING THE METHOD BY t~ICH THE
RATE FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS IS COMPUTED;
A~NDING SECTION 13.20.030 OF THF PORT TOIl!SEND
MUNICIPAL CODE; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 13.20.030 of the Port To~send Municipal
Code, together with Section 3 of Ordinance' 2054, is here and hereby
amended to read as follows:
"13.20.030 Single-family residential fees. The
monthly service fee for each single-family dwelling shall be five
dollars, provided that the (~a~s-s~) impervious (~s-pe~¥~s~s) sur-
face on the lot shall not exceed 3~000 square feet (~y-pe~ee~).
If the (~t-~s-~g) impervious surface (~s-pe~¥~s~s-s~aees) exceeds
(fi~ey-pe~eeme) 3,000 square feet, the rate established in Section
13.20.040 shall apply."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect on ~'~~¥ !

Council of the City of Port Townend, approved and signed by the
