RESOLUTION OF THE CIT COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING HE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENTS WITH CERT IN GOVERNMENTAL, NONPROFITS
AND OTHER ENTITIES CO SISTENT WITH FISCAL YEAR 2006

The City Council of the City of port Townsend, Washington resolves as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted at its November 21,2005 meeting the 2006
annual budget, which provides City fundin for certain nonprofit organizations, certain other
entities, and certain other annual contracts f a reoccurring nature; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to PTMC 3.46.100, the City Council determines it appropriate
to authorize the City Manager to execute a reements with the nonprofit organizations, and
other annual contract providers, in amounts consistent with the 2006 approved annual budget,
as set forth on the attached list (Exhibit A) ntitled" Annual Contracts,"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE OLVED, by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend that the City Manager is authori ed to execute agreements in the form approved by
the City Attorney with the govermnental, rnprofits, other entities and certain annual contract
providers, in the amounts approved in the opted 2006 annual budget, as shown on the
attached list entitled "Annual Contracts. "

meeting thereof, held this nineteenth day 01 December 2005.
