A RESOLUTION OF T CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FI ING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION F R A STREET V ACA TION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council s II conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP05-78. The proposal, if approved, would vacate a one-block segment of
the 23rd Street right-of-way lying between an Juan Avenue and the unopened McNeill Street
right-of-way. The requested vacation lies etween Blocks 23 & 13 in the O.C. Hastings
Addition.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, December 19, 2005,
in the Cedar Room of the Waterman & Ka Building, 181 Quincy Street, Port Townsend,
Washington.
ADOPTED by the City Council of e City of Port Townsend at a regular business
meeting thereof, held this twenty-first day f November, 2005.
