A RESOLUTION OF T CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FlING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION F R A STREET V ACA TION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council s all conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP05-065. The proposa , if approved, would vacate a portion of the 21"
Street right-of-way lying between Hill Stre t and Jackman Street. The requested vacation lies
north of Block 43 in the Eisenbeis Additio and south of Block 7 in the O. C. Hastings
Addition.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, December 19, 2005,
in the Cedar Room of the Waterman & Kat Building, 181 Quincy Street, Port Townsend,
Washington.
ADOPTED by the City Council of he City of Port Townsend at a regular business
meeting thereof, held this seventh day of ovember, 2005.
