The City Council of the City of Port 10wnsend met in special session this ninth day
of January, 2006, at 8:400 p.m. in thf Port Townsend temporary Council Chambers
in the Cedar Room of the Watermanl & Katz Building, Mayor Mark Welch presiding.

Council members present at roll call f,vere Frank Benskin, Geoff Masci, Laurie
Medlicott, Michelle Sandoval, Catha~ine Robinson, Scott Walker and Mark Welch.

EXE9UTIVE SESSION
Mayor Welch announced that the Cquncil would go into Executive Session for
approximately 30 minutes to discussla matter of potential litigation. He stated that
no action would be taken following t~e session.
