ROLL CALL Officers and members present were as follows: Mayor Steve, Deputy Treasurer Spindor, City-Treasurer-Engineer French, Councilmen Ciprioti, Judy, Camfield, Parker, Wilson, and Shanyfelt. The City Attorney, Glen Abraham was also present. MINUTES A motion made by Ciprioti/Judy that the be approved as written. Due to difficulty in obtaining materials, it will be September before modifications of the signal system can be made. A letter was received from the Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival pertaining festival to be held at Point Hudson Marina September 9-11. to the COMMITTEE REPORTS Councilman Judy reported on a meeting with Al Cities Area Project. Bettis about Water Committee Funds for Tri- City Treasurer French reported on a meeting in Tumwater about the Safeway, Swains, and Port project traffic situation. Mayor Steve reported on a meeting Flood Insurance. with the County Commissioners and HUD representatives on Water Superintendent Jack Fields the watering situation and water supply. reported on PUBLIC HEARINGS A public hearing was held on Application No.~$O50f the Fisher Construction Co. subdivision of San Juan Estates. Fisher said the project will improve the water system in the San Juan area and will upgrade the sewer in general. The project will include fire hydrants, curved reads, and a paved strip on San Juan road. Comments from Citizens were heard. A motion was made by Shaneyfelt/Ciprioti to approve the plat with the condition that Lots 45,46, 53 and 24 have access limited to Fisher A"!lnue'and:';notLDelbn:.~San Juan. Motion passed. NEW BUSINESS A Public Hearing was set August 16,1977, for the Six Year Road Program. by Judy/Ciprioti. Motion Passed.
