AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCES NUMBERED 726, 816,
837, 876, 919, 1301, 1588 and 1423.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It being found that there is duplication or inconsistency
with subsequent legislation, the following Ordinances of the City
of Port Townsend are here and hereby repealed:
Ordinance No. 726,passed in 1907; Ordinance No. 816, passed in
1912; Ordinance No. 837, passed in 1913; Ordinance No. 876,
passed in 1917; Ordinance No. 919, passed in 1923; Ordinance No..
1301, passed in 1954; Ordinance No. 1423, passed in 1962; and
Ordinance No. 1588, passed in 1962.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication, in the form and manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passes by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on January 2, 1974.
