ORDINANCE NO. /(47
AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADOPTING THE TAX LEVY FOR
THE YEAR 1974.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Levy is here and hereby made and fixed, upon all
taxable property within the corporate limits of the City of Port
Townsend, for the year 1974, for the purposes hereinafter set
forth, and in such amounts as are set forth in mils on each dollar
of assessed valuation, as set forth with stated purposes:

Sections 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to certify the
foregoing levy to the Auditor of Jefferson County, Washington.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on ber 18, 1973.
