LEVY CHARGES FOR DISPOSAL OF AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLE
BODIES AND PARTS THEREOF, AT CITY DISPOSAL SITES,
AND FIXING AND AUTHORIZING CHARGES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. In addition to the other powers and rate fixing
authority delegated to him, the Superi.ntendant of the Port Townsend
Garbage Collection Service is here and hereby authorized and
directed to Levy a charge of $6-.00 upon any person or firm who shall
dispose of any automotive vehicle body, or part thereof, in any City
disposal area, which charge shall be made upon each such automotive
body, and upon any substantial pars: of any automotive body delivered
to any such disposal site at one time.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner required by law.
