ADDITION OF A S11'C`['ION PROVIDING FOR CONDITIONAL
USE PERMITS IN CL R`i'AI I CASES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OP' THU CITY OF PORT `i'011i1SI:ND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS rOLLOHS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 1625, passed August 3, 1971, be and
it is hereby amended by the addition of the following section:
"Section 2.110. Certain cases for. Conditional Use Permits.
As conditional uses, as hereinafter defined Lind provided for, the
following uses may be permitted in the zoning areas indicated: Antique
retail or wholesale sales, in any area zoned as residential; hotels
or motor hotels in areas zoned R-III."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take affect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on Iltgust 21, 1973.
