AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION G OF
ORDINANCE 871.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT'TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section G of Ordinance No. 871, Passed in
191G, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section G. It shall be unlawful for any person having
charge of, mai'intaining, conducting or running such dance hall under
the license to allow or permit any person to be or remain therein
for any purpose whatever under the age of eighteen (18) years, or
to keep or permit or allow anyone to keep any intoxicating liquor
of any kind on the premises."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner required
by law.
Read for the First, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the.Mayor on June._5, 1973.
