The city council of the City of Port Townsend rœt in special session this 2Bth day of May
1968 in the council chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 p.m. for bid openings en the Hasting
Jackman Sewer extension. Mayor Smith presiding.

Officers and members present were as follows: Mayor Smith, City Clerk Youngblood, Councilmen
Judy, Hoglund~ Siebenbaum, Lindsey, Moody. Councilman Scheyer Ruby absent.

The following bids were opened and acted upon as follows:
Mr Ron Mayo of Carey and Krámer said that the bids weÐe not realistic.
Counc ilmen Siebenbaum made a motion seconqed by Councilman Hoglund tha 1:; Mr Ron Mayo take the
bids check them over and make a recommendation on the 18th of June 1968. Motion carrie~'

ADJOURNMENT
As there was not further business to come before the council at this time it Was moved by
ðnuncilman Siebenbaum seconded by Coùnciman Lindsey that the meeting do now adjourn. Motiå~
carried.
