MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL BUSINESS MEETING OF APRIL 30,
2012
CALL TO ORDER
The Port Townsend City Council met in special session on April 30, 2012, at 5:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mayor David King presiding.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present at roll call were Robert Gray, David King, Catharine
Robinson, Michelle Sandoval, Deborah Stinson, and Mark Welch with Kris Nelson
excused.
Staff members present were City Manager David Timmons, City Attorney John
Watts, Public Services Director Rick Sepler, and City Clerk Pam Kolacy.
EXECUTIVE SESSION - LITIGATION (NO ACTION FOLLOWING)
City Attorney John Watts stated the Council would go into executive session
regarding litigation, and discussion with legal counsel. He stated no action would
be taken after the executive session and the session was expected to last no more
than 30 minutes.
ADJOURN
At 5:35, the time of the executive session was extended 20 minutes.
The Council reconvened at 5:55 p.m. There being no further business, the meeting
was adjourned at 6:00p.m.
