AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE MAXIMUM SALARY
FOR MAINTENANCE WORKER II AS OF NOVEMBER 1,
1993
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. From and after November 1, 1993, the salary for
Maintenance Worker II shall be fixed not to exceed $2,067.17, which
salary shall be paid monthly.
Section 2. Any and all actions taken pursuant to the authority
of this ordinance but prior to its passage are hereby ratified and
confirmed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval, and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
READ for the first, second, and third times, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor o~ Dec~m~r 6, 1993.
