RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENTS WITH CERTAIN ENTITIES CONSISTENT WITH
FISCAL YEAR 2005 APPROVED BUDGET
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington resolves as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted, at its December 13, 2004 meeting, the 2005
annual budget, which provides City funding for certain annual contracts of a reoccurring
nature; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to PTMC 3.46.100, the City Council determines it appropriate
to authorize the City Manager to execute contracts with annual contract providers, in amounts
consistent with the 2005 approved annual budget, as set forth on the attached list entitled
"2005 Annual Contracts,"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Port
Townsend that the City Manager is authorized to execute agreements in the form approved by
the City Attorney with annual contract providers, in the amounts approved in the adopted 2005
annual budget, as shown on the attached list entitled "2005 Annual Contracts."
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor
on this third day of January, 2005.
