AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE
AMBULANCE FEE BY /%ME~{DING SECTION
3.40.010 AND 3.40.020 OF THE PORT
TOWNSEND MUNICIPAL CODE AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3.40.010 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code is
here and hereby amended to read as follows:
3.40.010 Basic life support.
A charge or fee of ($e%5~8~) $195.00 is established for each call
made by a city ambulance or aid car when basic life support or
transport is provided, which amount shall be credited to the
emergency medical services fund. (Ord. 2177 ^U 1, 1990).
Section 2. Section 3.40.020 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code is
here and hereby amended to read as follows:
3.40.020 Advanced life support.
A charge or fee of ($~3-~8~) $345.00 is established for each call
made by a city ambulance or aid car when advanced life support and
transport is provided, which amount shall be credited to the
emergency medical services fund. (Ord. 2177 ^U 2, 1990).
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval, and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
