AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.36.020 OF THE PORT TOWNSEND
MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH A CHARGE OF $7.50 PER CUBIC yARD FOR
COMPOST PRODUCED AT THE CITY'S BIOSOLIDS COMPOSTING FACILITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3.36.020 of the Port Townsend MuniciPal Code is hereby
amended, ,adding a section "Y' to read as follows:
Charge for compost produced at the City's biosolids
comPosting facility
$7.50 per cubic yard
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after its passage, approval,
and publication as provided bY law.

Port1994.Townsend, Washington, at a regular~held this .~7~day. of November,
