AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADOPTING THE PROPERTY
TAX LEVIES FOR THE YEAR OF 1995
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is here and hereby levied upon all of the taxable
property in the City of Port Townsend, for the year of 1995, the
sum of $942,500 as a general tax levy.
Section 2. There is here and hereby levied upon all of the taxable
property in the City of Port Townsend, for the year of 1995, the
sum of $120,000 to support Emergency Medical Services.
Section 3. There is here and hereby levied upon all of the taxable
property in the City of Port Townsend, for the year of 1995, the
sum of $70,000 to purchase Fire Equipment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval, and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
