Vacated.
Section 2. That portion of Lincoln stroet lying between
Kearney Street and Decatur Street is here and hereby vacated, upon`
the condition that construction of an addition to.a nuxsing home
shall commence upon said Vacated portion of street, Within one
year from the date of F)ublic:at:ion of this ordinance.
