AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR
THE POSITIONS OF RECREATION DIRECTOR AND
POOL MANAGER AND ESTABLISHINGAN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. From and after February 1, 1995, the salary for
the position of Recreation Director shall hereby be fixed
not to exceed $ 520.83 per month.
Section 2. From and after February 1, 1995, the salary for
the position of Pool Manager shall hereby be fixed not to
exceed $ 4~ per month.
Section 3. ~ny and all actions taken pursuant to the
authority of this ordinance but prior to its passage are
hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner
provided by law.
Read for the first time on February 21, 1995. Read for the
second and third times, passed by the Council and approved
by the Mayor on ~5.
