AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND REPEALING
ORDINANCE 2279, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SMALL WORKS ROSTER
PURSUANT TO RCW 33.23.353(6) AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
ADOPTED DECEMBER 17, 1991
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 95- q~ adopted August 7, 1995, the City has
amended its procedures for awarding contracts pursuant to a small works roster and/or vendors
list; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 2279 is outdated and is inconsistent with Resolution No. 95-
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, in regular session
assembled, does ordain that Ordinance 2279 is hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days after the date of its passage,
approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
