AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND ESTABLISHING THE
FEES FOR AN AFTER-SCHOOL RECREATION PROGRAM EFFECTIVE
SEPTEMBER 27, 1995
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, in regular session
hereby ordains as follows:
Section 1. From and after September 27, 1995, the following fees and
charges are established for the City Recreation Program:
Recreation Program

After-School Recreation I $ 15.00
Program

per participant per
activity
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days after the date of its passage,
approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second, and third times and passed by the City Council of the City of
Port Townsend, Washington, at a regular meetin held 18th ~ day of september,
1995.
