AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING ORDINANCE 2485,
FIXING AND ADOPTING 1996 PROPERTY TAX
LEVIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGUIAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 2485, passed by the City Council on November 13, 1995, fixing and
adopting property tax levies for the year 1996, is hereby ratified and confnmed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval, and publication in the form
and manner provided by law.
Read for the f~t, second, and third times and passed by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof, held this c~ 0 -r,,,t day of
November, 1995.
