RESOLUTION NO. 04-056
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF THE ALLEY WITHIN
BLOCK 49 OF FOWLER'S PARK ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUPO4-111 (Robert Crist). The proposal, if approved, would vacate a
portion of the alley right-of-way lying south within Block 49 of the Plat of Fowler's Park
Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, November 15, 2004,
in the temporary Council Chambers at Fort Worden, Building 204, Port Townsend,
Washington.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular business
meeting thereof, held this eighteenth day of October 2004.
