RESOLUTION NO. 04-033
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO RELEASE HOLD
HARMLESS INDEMNIFICATION COVENANT WITH KELLOGG BUILDING, LLC
WHEREAS, Duncan Kellogg executed a Hold Harmless Indemnification
Covenant on September 26,2003, and recorded under Auditor's File Number 475654, as
a condition of issuance of a Shoreline Pennit Exemption for emergency work on the
Kellogg Building, 929 Water Street, Port Townsend; and
WHEREAS, the work has been completed, and, based on staff recommendation,
it is appropriate to release the Hold Harmless Indemnification Covenant,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Port Townsend that the City Manager is authorized to execute necessary documents to
release the Hold Harmless Indemnification Covenant dated September 26,2003, recorded
under Auditor's File Number 475654.
ADOPTED by the City Council ofthe City of Port Townsend at a regular
meeting thereof, held this sixth day of July, 2004.
