AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND REPEALING SECTION
16.04.130, STREET IMPROVEMENTS, OF CHAPTER 16.04, BUILDINGS AND
CONSTRUCTION, OF THE PORT TOWNSEND MUNICIPAL CODE, AS IT IS
SUPERSEDED BY NEW ORDINANCES TITLE 12 AND TITLE 18
WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 16.04.030 are unnecessary in light of the
adoption of a new Land Division ordinance (Title 18) and Transportation and Rights-of-way
ordinance (Title 12),
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Townsend ordains as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 16.04.130, Street improvements, of Chapter 16.04, Building
Code, of the Port Townsend Municipal Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or its application to any
person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance, or the application of
the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five days after the date of its publication
in the manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second, and third times and passed by the City Council of the City
of Port Townsend, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof, held this 21st day of April,
1997.
