AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND ADOPTING THE
ENGINEERING DESIGN STANDARDS MANUAL
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby incorporates by reference all Findings and
Recitals in Ordinance No. ot95'7 ~ adopting Title 12, and Ordinance No. c~ '~ ~ adopting
Title 13.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Townsend ordains as
follows:
The Engineering Design Standards Manual, as it now exists or is later
amended, attached as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or its application to any
person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance, or the application of
the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five days after the date of its publication
in the manner provided by law.
Read for the first, second, and third times and passed by the City Council of the City
of Port Townsend, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof, held this 21st day of April,
1997.
