MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL BUSINESS SESSION OF MAY 22, 2000
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met in special session this twenty-second
day of May, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. in the Port Townsend City Hall. Deputy Mayor Joe
Finnie called the meeting to order.
Councilmembers present at roll call were Allen Frank, Syd Lipton, Bill Wolcott,
Alan Youse, Joe Finnie and Vern Garrison.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mr. Finnie announced the council would adjourn to executive session at 6:30 p.m. to
discuss a personnel matter. He stated that the executive session was expected to last
approximately two and one-half hours, and that no action was anticipated at the end of
the session. GeoffMasci arrived at 6:45 p.m.
RECONVENE
The meeting was reconvened at 9:01 p.m.
ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjoumed at 9:02 p.m.
