Joe Finnie, Mark Welch and Forrest Rambo were excused. Because several council members were unable to attend, it was agreed that the meeting would be limited to any questions about the CIP for 1999 that those present wanted to ask. Ms. Jenks requested that the Transportation Committee look more fully at the $200,000 worth of projects relating to "F" Street improvements; discussion to be directed toward prioritizing the projects. Request that personnel changes be more clearly shown; particularly the evolution to the position of Project Specialist from former Street Superintendent. (Mr Shoulberg) The Froggy Bottoms project appears twice in CIP - needs to be clarified (Mr. Keith) Mr. Shoulberg reminded staff to build in escalator clause for minimum threshold for building permits. If full council desires another meeting on the CIP budget, will set that meeting at the regular council meeting on November 2. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m. Attest: Pamela Kolacy City Clerk
