HomeMy WebLinkAbout2624 Salaries for City PositionsORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE establishing adjusted salaries for certain city positions, and establishing an effective date. WHEREAS, the City has entered into certain labor agreements for police officers, firefighters, and general government employees; and WHEREAS, said agreements make certain adjustments to the salaries for the positions listed therein; and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to implement cost-of-living and other adjustments for certain positions which are not included in labor agreements; Now, Therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication in the form and manner provided by law.
