HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-035 Public Works and Development Services FeesResolution No. 10-035 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND LAND DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION AND APPEAL FEES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, on recommendation of the City Manager, City DSD Director, AND City Public Works Director, determines it appropriate to update fees established in Resolution 06-037 (approved January 2, 2007) and add fees for various applications and permits as set forth in Exhibit A (attached hereto and incorporated by reference). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend as follows: Effective January 1, 2011, the fees for various applications and permits as set forth in Exhibits A, B, and C (attached hereto and incorporated by reference) are hereby established. Changes from fees adopted in Resolution 06-037 (approved January 2, 2007) and fees formerly in PTMC 3.36.020 are shown in strikeout and double underline (strikeout is deleted, double underlined is added) on the attached exhibits. Fire Sprinkler Systems The fee for fire sprinkler system permits shall be based upon the Building Permit Fee table. The valuation shall be calculated on the per square foot figure. The listing of per unit valuations presented in Exhibit B shall be used for typical installations.
