AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $30,500.00
FOR REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION, AND DECLARING AN
~4E RG E NC Y.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is here and hereby appropriated to the
general fund of the City for the 1974 budget the sum of $30,500.00
for real estate acquisition, to cover costs of down payment,
appraisal and related costs.
Section 2. There is hereby found and declared to be an
emergency requiring the foreg~ng appropriation.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication in the form and manner required
by law.
Read for the first time June 18, 1974. Read for the second
and third times, passed and approved on')July 2, 1974.
