OTHER, AND AUTHORIZING DEPOSIT A~ PAY~NT FROM SAID
FUNDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TO, SEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSE~LED, DO O~AIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is here and hereby authorized and established
for the Current Expense Fund budget of the City, the following
accounting funds, for the deposit in and expenditure from of revenues
herein indicated:
(a) Fund No. 389.11, for R~~sements From Other Governments,
to receive,<~ld and disburse all fu~s reimburs~ to the City by
other governments.
(b) Account No. 014.~1.10, LOa~s Advanced, to record non-
expenditure distribution by the Clerk-. Treasurer.
(c) Account No. 014.589.00, Non-expenditure Distribution-Other,
for recording the transfer of funds establishing an E~ip~ent Rental
Fund.
(d) Account No. 10 543.30, 64, Machinery and E~ipment, Capital
Outlay, a fu~ for the receipt and expenditure of funds transferred by
loan from the Current Expense Fund for a grader purchase.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on July 16, 197~.
