AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE GRAI~ING OF AN EA~MENT
FOR A POWER LINE TO PUGET SOUND POWER AND ~GHT CO.,
IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29 NO H~ RANGE i '$EST.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POHT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS POLLOWS:
Section 1. A perpetual easement, so long as it is used as a
power line easement, is here and hereby granted to Puget Sound Power
lind Light Co., a corporation, over and across the Northeast 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 Nozth, Ran ge I West,
of the Willamette Meridian, which easement shall be 125 feet in width.
SectiOn 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute for the City an easement document for the
purposes set forth in Section one hereof.
Section 3. This ordi~a~ee shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor on February 4, 1975.
