AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING AN ERROR IN ORDINANCE NO. 1717.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.- In the passage and approval of Ordinance No.
1717 on August 6, 1974, the area set forth in Section 1 (d) was
erroneously designated C-l, whereas it was the intent of the City
Council that iL be designated G-II, and ~he same is hereby corrected
to read and be designated to be "C-II."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take e£fect upon its
passage, approval and publication according to law.
