CONDITION OF REDEDICATION, AND VACATING PART OF 8TH STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TO~ND,
ASSEMBI~D~ DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
IN KEGULAR ~SSION
Secti°n 1. Those portions of Rosecrans Street, McClellan
Street, Logan Street and Thomas Street lying between 52nd Street
and the North boundary of the plat of Whittiesey's Addition to
the City of Port Townsend, together with that portion of 8th Street
lying between Sherman Street and Hancock Street,. a~.hereby vacated,
on condition that, except for 6th Street, the same shall be rededicated
to the City with other land for street purposes, and as to said portion
of 6th Street the vacation is final.
Sect.ign 2' This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval and publication in the form and manner required by law.
Read for the first, second and thir~ times, passed by the
CoUncil and appr°~ed' by the Mayor on August B l~V§.
