A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AND ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
RETAINING THE CONSULTING ENGINEERING FIRM
OF KRAMER, CHIN & MAYO TO ENGAGE IN
PLANNING, ENGINEERING AND SUPERVISION IN
CONSTRUCTION OF A PORTION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE
ARTERIAL STREET PLAN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN REGULAR
SESSION ASSEMBLED, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are here and
hereby authorized and directed to execute and enter into, in
behalf of the City of Port Townsend, a contract retaining the
services of the firm of Kramer, Chin and Mayo, Consulting
Engineers, to provide engineering services, planning and
supervision of construction for a portion of the City of Port
Townsend Comprehensive ARTERIAL STREET PLAN, as more
specifically set forth in the contract hereunto annexed and
by this reference incorporated herein the same as though a
part hereof.
