A RESOLUTION STATING THE POLICY OF THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND TO BE THE ENACTMENT OF THE PROPER'~'
LEGISLATION TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF THIRTY-THREE
THOUSAND SIXTY DOLLARS FROM THE CUMULATIVE RESERVE
FUND TO THE CITY HALL RENOVATION AND EQUIPMENT BARN
FUND UPON APPROVAL OF THE GRANT OF MATCHING FUNDS
BY THE OFFICE OF THE ECONOMICilDEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TO~fNSEND, IN REGULAR SESSION
ASSEMBLED, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
That upon approval of the City Hall renovation and equip-
ment barn project by the Federal Economic Development Administration,
and in order to provide the City's share of financing for said
project, the City Council will enact appropriate legislation to effect
the transfer of the sum of Thirty-three Thousand Sixty and no/100
Dollars ($33,060.00) from the Cumulative Reserve Fund of said City to
the project fund for the construction of the equipment barn and the
renovation of the City Hall, according to the application made to the
Office of the Economic Development Administration. f ..... ~7
